Officer District Park

RubberTough Industries were engaged by Warrandale Industries to complete this mammoth project which commenced in the middle of 2024. The ambitious design was something never seen before in the wet pour rubber industry which meant months of planning and collaboration with council & head contractors. The rubber design changed 7 times, up to and even during the commencement of works. 83-man days were spent on site and over 16T of Gezolan EPDM topcoat laid with over 6T of that EPDM installed on the side of a hill.  The design consisted of 6 three-part colour blends, along with never before installation elements and industry first applications. We completed the project in the best possible fashion with minimal interruptions, delays or defects.

The park and the vibrant colours can be seen from over 2.5km away when driving on the Princes Hwy, like a beacon to adventure and wonder!
