His dedication to innovation keeps the company at the forefront of industry trends. Brett’s extensive global travels ensure Australia benefits from the most up-to-date data available.
Brett also serves on the Board of Directors for Australian Surfacing Supplies, where his industry knowledge contributes to advancements in synthetic softfall products.
Matt Parsons
Sales Manager
Matt’s journey with RubberTough spans 15 years. His extensive experience in rubber laying, including roles as Team Leader & Operations Manager, makes him a technical expert. As a Sales Manager now, Matt guides clients with a can-do attitude, ensuring the best surfacing solutions. He’s adept at answering all your technical questions and queries.
Brenton McNamara
Sales Executive
Brenton has spent his entire working career as a sales person in various industries. RubberTough was lucky enough to pick him up over 12 months ago where he has continued to fine tune his skills as a quality estimator. With two young children of his own, Brenton is passionate about providing quality play spaces for young (and old) kids to enjoy for many years.
Nathan Evans
Sales Executive
Despite only being a part of the team at RubberTough for a short period of time, Nathan brings with him a casche of transferable skills to the industry which stem from a 10 year career with Victoria Police. Over the past six months, Nathan has invested a significant portion of time to streamline the sales processes and provide a quality customer experience.

Accounts & Office Manager
Andrea joined RubberTough in 2017 as our Accounts Officer and Office Manager. With years of experience in accounts, she ensures our office runs smoothly through creative problem-solving and a positive attitude. Andrea is the go-to for any account and office-related queries, providing excellent support.
Emma Robinson
Procurement & Sales Support
Beginning her career on the tools as a part of the site crew, Emma mastered the trade very quickly and showed how her broad skillset could be best utilised in the office. Emma is your one stop shop for all things rubber where she ensures that there is pleanty of material available for your next project.

Operations Manager
Born in Denmark and sounding like a natural born killer (in reality, far from it), Nikolaj is the friendly face behind RubberTough’s coordination and project scheduling. Nikolaj is the glue that binds the sales office to the site crews and the projects to our clients.
Alyssa is the friendly voice behind our phones and the smiling face that will greet you in reception. Alyssa will direct all enquiries to the correct team member and plays a vital support role with accounts and business operations.
